Woodfield 24 – Latest CQC Report – ‘Good’ Rating

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator who ensures hospitals, care homes, dental and GP surgeries, and all other care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care, and encourage them to make improvements.

They do this by inspecting services against government standards and publishing the results on their website to help you make better decisions about the care you receive.

Natalie Palmer, Registered Manager commented  “Our end of life care service, Woodfield 24, were inspected on the 26th March 2018 by the CQC. We are extremely pleased to announce that our service has maintained Good in all five areas, Caring, Responsive, Well Led, Effective, and Safe. This reflects  the continued hard work of the team to ensure the service provides the best possible outcomes for the patients we support. We want to acknowledge and recognize the commitment and praise the high level of care that our staff continue to give to the service.”
