Halloween At The Walled Garden This Half-Term!

It’s Halloween and the Walled Garden has some fun things to do for kids this half-term, all free of charge.

We’re running our annual Scarecrow Display again, with plenty of fabulous, freaky and funny homemade scarecrows dotted around the garden for people to see.

There’s also a Halloween Event on Wednesday 31st October, running between 11am-2pm. They’ll be plenty of free family fun, with a monster trail, pumpkin carving and crafting.

Nikki Walker, of Flourish Enterprises, said: “Come and take a look at our homemade scarecrow display and the spooky musical characters from local theatre group Ha-ha productions. Get involved in the monster hunt trail around the garden, there’s free pumpkin carving and children’s crafts too.

“There will also be a kid’s fancy dress competition at 1pm – so dress up in your Halloween outfit and come along.”
