Doncaster social enterprise scoops three awards

A Doncaster social enterprise recently scooped three awards as part of Doncaster in Bloom run by Doncaster Council.

Flourish Enterprises, based at St Catherine’s House, Woodfield Park, Balby was the winner of two Gold and a Silver Gilt Standard award of the annual horticultural and gardening competition, Doncaster in Bloom.

Gold awards were received for the categories of ‘Business Premises’ for Flourish Enterprises and ‘Community Local Group’ for The Walled Garden.

Their Silver Gilt Standard award was for ‘Wildlife, Sustainable Garden’ for the Walled Garden.

Nikki Walker of Flourish Enterprises said: “Myself and the whole team are very proud of these awards and this achievement. Well done and thank you to all our staff that work so hard.”
